The healers listed below have been trained by Eliot Cowan, founder of the Blue Deer Center in the Catskill Mountains of New York or by the Blue Deer Center and its staff. Each is certified as a Lay Spiritual Healer by the Temple of Sacred Fire Healing.

There are Plant Spirit Medicine healers in many countries around the world. Our members have been inducted into the Temple of Sacred Fire Healing as either a Lay Spiritual Healer or an Associate Lay Spiritual Healer. All have undergone a rigorous course of training and initiation, instructed by the official faculty of the Blue Deer Plant Spirit Medicine Seminary and are recognized as bona fide Lay Spiritual Healers.
